TJ and staff have a wonderful place down there in WAUKON. It was a great time. We started off a little stiff, but then got the groove on later on in the show. Thanks again to everybody that made the trip out, and a big thank you to Dave Orr, our sound guru. Packed us in nice and tight, and good thing we only had one person that thought they belonged on stage with us at the end of the night. One thing Dave isn't fond of is people grabbing his mics to sing their friends Happy Birthday. Just a warning to anybody who has grand plans of showing James up with your killer vocal skills, and singing somebody your rendition of Happy Birthday!!!! Funny stuff.
Our tour of Northeast Iowa continues in two weeks for April's Graduation party @ Uncle Milty's. This is open to everybody so get your butts down to the great river town of Lansing, Iowa.

Just when you think the Caminos are done playing country, we throw another one down your throat. Good or bad? Let us know. We like playing the good country stuff, so don't expect us to come and play any new pop-country stuff. Just won't happen!
Also a big thank you to the Baldwin's for having some of us up for brews and burgers before the show. Good times, GREAT people!

WOW, another great show. Lansing, Iowa sure knows how to throw down. We had an absolute blast on Saturday. I hope that Brigitte, the b-day girl, had a great time. Thanks again Brigitte for having the Camino's come down and celebrate your 21st with you. Also thanks to Julie and the whole staff up front for keeping everybody refreshed and cool. It got HOT in there!
I was expecting to see more of you sporting the Camino Trucker Caps, but soon we'll have even more merch. We're going to be releasing the Camino Girl line before long, as well as more shirts for the dudes. Stay tuned.

Just finalized the deal with the Zipper for a show July 5th with Shooter Jennings, the son of Waylon Jennings. This will be the day after our show @ Riverfest in La Crosse. Busy weekend. The Zipper is located in Festina, Iowa just south of Decorah, Iowa. We'll be posting directions as soon as we can. This venue offers free camping on a 7 acre field. Should be a great time.

What a great place to play! Thank you to everybody @ Club Pyramid in Decorah. We had a great time and what a great night.
Hopefully we'll be back in the Fall. Also we had an opportunity to impress some people enough that the El Caminos might be in the opening slot for Shooter Jennings this summer. We'll keep you posted on that.
Next show is in two weeks in Lansing, Iowa @ The Rivers Edge. On the schedule that we handed out the other night it stated it was a PRIVATE PARTY, but it's open to anybody that wants to come out! I'll be updating the schedule's to reflect this. As well as the show in May @ Uncle Milty's in Lansing. That is also open to the public. SO COME ONE, COME ALL!!!
